Bruce & Walker 13 ft Powerlite Speycaster 8-10

This rod has been used very little.  All the rings are in perfect order, they have no damage.  The joints also have no damage.  The joints were always taped up when using the rod.  The handle has no cork pieces missing.  After every outing the rod, rings, cork handle and reel fittings were all cleaned and dried thoroughly before the rod was put into its bag and put away the cupboard.  The varnish on a ring on the middle section got a slight graze to the surface.  The whipping was not affected in anyway.  Most folk would have just left it, but being particular about the stuff I own I gave the whipping a coat of varnish.  The ring I varnished is shown in the last photo. Please also note the rod is a 3 piece.

 It is a very versatile rod. It will cast  multi tips and shooting heads as well as Spey or double tapers. Good rod for small to medium rivers, for fishing floating, intermediate or sunk lines.  I found it a perfect little rod for virtually all year round when fishing my local rivers like the Doon, Stinchar and Bladnoch.   Although the rod is rated 8-10 I found it very good with a 10 weight.
